Recently I've added a new component to marketing my listings: audio tours. In the same vein as a self-guided tour through a museum, you can now experience my listings in a more complete way.
Taking the tour is simple, while walking through the open house (or during a private showing) simply use your smart phone to scan the QR Code in each room and listen to extra information that is not contained in the flyers or readily available online. The extra details include history from the seller, the type of upgrades they did and who installed them as well as seasonal advice about the orientation of the home to natural features. The tour is also available on my website (though it's more impactful when used while walking through the house).
